We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion and without prior notice.

3. Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information and a valid service address within our coverage area
• Be present at the scheduled appointment time or designate an authorized adult (18 years or older) to grant access
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the dryer and surrounding work area
• Inform us of any known hazards, pet concerns, or access restrictions before the appointment

We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. In rare cases, delays may occur due to prior appointments running longer than expected. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes to your appointment time.

4. Pricing and Payment

We provide free diagnostic assessments and upfront pricing before starting any repair work. You will receive a written estimate detailing the cost of parts and labor. Work begins only after you approve the estimate. Our pricing practices include:

• Payment is due upon completion of the service
• We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards

If additional issues are discovered during a repair that were not included in the original estimate, we will inform you and provide an updated estimate before proceeding with any additional work.

5. Warranty Policy

All repairs performed by QuickFix Dryer Repair are backed by our 90 day warranty covering both parts and labor. The warranty applies under the following conditions:

• The warranty covers the specific repair performed and the parts installed during that service visit
• If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and fix it at no additional cost
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or unauthorized modifications
• The warranty does not apply to pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair we performed

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by notifying us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickFix Dryer Repair and its technicians will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment when performing all repairs and services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the repair we performed
• We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control
